Privacy Notice

1. Information the game uses

• Google sign-in: Google account identifier, email, name and profile-photo URL. The requested permissions are openid, email and profile, not access to Gmail or contacts.
• Profile: chosen display name, optional uploaded photo and chosen battle character. Uploaded photos are resized and re-encoded for use in the profile.
• Game records: room and seat identifiers, reconnect tokens, line ownership, round results, virtual balances, balance transactions, stars and daily gift claim dates, streaks and coin awards.
• Acceptance records: account identifier or a pseudonymous guest identifier, document version, server-recorded acceptance time, affirmative Terms acceptance and the 18+ declaration. We do not request your birth date or identity documents for this declaration.
• Requests to our service necessarily expose connection information such as IP address and browser headers to hosting infrastructure. Providers may keep operational/security logs. We do not add IP addresses or browser user-agent strings to the new acceptance record.
• Messages you send to our support email.

2. Purposes and processing grounds

We use information to sign you in, provide profiles and duels, keep virtual balances and progression, resume interrupted play, record acceptance, investigate abuse and answer support requests. Where applicable, service delivery relies on performance of a contract and security/operational processing on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law and your rights. Legal obligations may require additional retention. We do not treat the compulsory age declaration or Terms acceptance as consent to advertising. The final legal-basis assessment depends on the operator and markets and must be reviewed before launch.

3. Browser storage

Essential cookies include sw_session (sign-in, up to 30 days), sw_oauth_state (Google sign-in protection, up to ten minutes) and sw_legal_guest (guest acceptance identifier, up to one year). Session storage supports room reconnection. Local storage remembers battle-character and sound preferences. Clearing storage may require renewed sign-in or acceptance and may lose guest access. This implementation does not install advertising or analytics trackers; future non-essential tracking would require separate review and controls.

4. Providers and visibility

The current service uses Google for sign-in/profile images, Railway for hosting and Supabase for database storage. These providers process information needed for their functions; Google also has its own privacy terms. Opponents receive gameplay state such as display name, battle character and virtual game balance, not your email or private uploaded photo. Hosting and database services may process information outside your country. Final processing locations, contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements must be verified before launch; we do not claim that all data stays in the EU or Cyprus.

5. Retention and security

Account, balance, room, progression and acceptance records are persisted to support the service and investigate issues. Session cookies expire as described above; that does not itself delete database records. A final retention/deletion schedule and provider-backup handling have not yet been adopted and are required before launch. We use restricted server access and other safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security. Guest progress may be temporary and is not automatically transferred to a registered account.

6. Your choices and requests

Edit your profile in the game. Contact info@slotswars.app to request access, correction, deletion/account closure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Requests may require proportionate identity verification, and legal or security exceptions may apply. There is not yet an in-game account-deletion button. Where processing relies on optional consent you can withdraw that consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where applicable; the operator's lead jurisdiction has not been selected.

7. Under-18 users and updates

The game is intended only for adults 18+. Google sign-in does not verify age. If you believe an under-18 person is using the service, contact us so we can investigate. This notice is versioned with the preview Terms. Changes will be published here, with renewed Terms acceptance when required. No purchases are enabled and payment-card information is not collected by the current shop.
