Terms of Use

1. Adults only; voluntary play

You must be at least 18 and permitted to use the service where you are located. You must affirmatively accept these Terms and separately declare that you are 18 or older before playing. This is a self-declaration, not verified proof of age. Do not use the game if you are under 18.

2. Entertainment and virtual coins

SlotsWars is a free-to-play slot-style duel game using virtual coins. Coins, stars and game rewards cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred for money or exchanged for prizes of monetary value. No real-money wagering, cash-out or casino-operator service is offered here. The coin shop is currently display-only: checkout is not enabled. These Terms do not authorise any purchase or charge. Any future paid feature requires separate price, payment and applicable consumer-rights information before purchase.

3. How a duel works

Two players share one result and claim 20 available lines, ten each, concurrently. The server accepts the first valid claim. Once either player reaches ten lines, the remaining lines go to the other player. Each round costs the displayed virtual-coin amount per player, deducted when the rival joins or both approve a rematch. Coins move to the shared pot; line selection then opens. Completion of selection automatically starts the spin. Winning-line ownership determines rewards under the displayed paytable. No winning line means no payout and both virtual stakes are consumed. Another round requires both human players to choose NEXT DUEL; a bot agrees automatically.

4. Accounts and fair use

Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing photos, exploit bugs, interfere with other players, automate abuse or manipulate balances. Report account problems to our contact address. Gameplay names and chosen battle characters may be visible to opponents; email addresses and uploaded private profile photos are not intended as public room information.

5. Preview limitations

This is a pre-launch service. Game rules and probabilities are experimental, not certified casino mathematics. Availability, uninterrupted play and error-free results are not guaranteed. We may investigate errors, restrict abusive access and change the service, with notice of material changes where appropriate. Report disputed virtual balances or interrupted rounds; we will review available records rather than promise automatic refunds. Do not assume a disconnection cancels a committed round.

6. Artwork and rights

The game, branding and artwork may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You retain rights in your uploaded photo and permit its processing and display as needed for the profile feature. Do not upload another person's image without permission.

7. Privacy, changes and contact

Read the Privacy Notice for data handling. Acceptance of these Terms is not marketing consent or blanket consent to data processing. Material changes requiring renewed acceptance will use a new document version. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or privacy rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
